Include the ParkBound account email used in both apps. Never send a password, payment card number, or an App Store or Google Play receipt containing sensitive details.
Email subscription support→Safety or abuse
Report inappropriate profiles, comments, ads, or other content. Include where you saw it and a screenshot when possible.

Your account stays in your control
Delete your account from the profile settings in either app. If you cannot sign in, use our account-deletion page or email support from the address on the account. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

ParkBound uses a small, reviewed set of freely licensed and public-domain photographs. The author, license, and source for every active image are listed on our attribution page.
