Delete your account

You can permanently delete a ParkBound Story or ParkBound Collections account in either app. The same account is shared across both products, so deletion removes access to both.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile, then Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account and complete the confirmation.

The app may ask you to sign in again before deletion. This protects your account from an unauthorized deletion request.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address registered to your account. We will verify control of the account before processing the request and will not ask for government identification by default.

What deletion does

  • Deletes the account and private profile, collection, social, game, and activity data.
  • Removes notification tokens and account-associated data stored on that device.
  • Removes or anonymizes records as described in our retention policy.
  • Public catalog contributions that other collectors rely on may remain only in de-identified form after account attribution is removed.
