Using ParkBound

ParkBound accounts and online app features are available only to people age 13 or older. The app asks for a coarse age group before starting online features and blocks those features after an under-13 selection. You must also be able to form a binding contract and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Use the service only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse it.

Your account and content

You keep ownership of the collection data, comments, and other content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and sync that content so the service works. You are responsible for content you post, including comments, and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Subscriptions and ads

ParkBound offers a paid subscription (ParkBound+) with additional features. Free-tier users may see ads on the website and in the apps; ParkBound+ removes them. Subscription pricing, billing, and cancellation are handled through the app store or platform you subscribe on, subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

ParkBound is a fan-made companion tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any theme-park operator. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Park data, wait times, and value estimates may be inaccurate or out of date. AI-built trip drafts may contain mistakes, omissions, unavailable places, or estimated prices and travel times. Review reservations, operating hours, accessibility needs, weather, and safety information with authoritative sources before relying on a plan. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkBound is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Web purchases and refunds

ParkBound+ purchased on this website renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; your membership stays active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again. Purchases made on the App Store or Google Play follow those stores’ own billing and refund policies and must be managed there.

If something went wrong with a web purchase, such as a duplicate charge or a purchase that did not unlock, contact support@parkboundapps.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a refund where the membership was not delivered as described. Refunds for partial billing periods are otherwise not provided. Where the law of your country gives you additional refund rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. You may stop using ParkBound at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
