Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using ParkBound Collections, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

ParkBound Collections offers two modes of use:

• Explorer Mode: Available to users under 13 years old. This mode provides a local, on-device experience without account creation, social features, AI scanning, server-backed pin browsing, or personal data collection.
• Full Mode: Available to users old enough for independent account access in their region. It requires account creation and provides collection tracking, social features, and AI scanning.
• Guardian-Consent Regions (Ages 13-15): In selected regions (including EU/UK, Canada, and Brazil), these users remain in local-only Explorer Mode. A same-device attestation does not enable an account. Account access would require a separately controlled, independently verified parent or guardian consent channel, which ParkBound Collections does not currently offer.

Website account access (including OAuth and email sign-in) is restricted to users who meet the age threshold for independent account access. Users aged 13-15 in guardian-consent regions cannot complete a same-device guardian step to unlock an account. Accounts identified as under 13 are blocked from website authentication.

By selecting your age group, you represent that your selection is accurate. Do not attempt to bypass the age or restricted-access controls.

To access full features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accepting the current Terms and Privacy Policy before using account features

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you upload images or contribute data to ParkBound Collections, you:

• Represent that you have the right to share this content
• Grant ParkBound Collections a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content within the app
• Understand that ParkBound Collections does not verify ownership or authenticity of uploaded content
• Agree not to upload content that is illegal, explicit, harmful, or infringes on others' rights

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice.

All uploaded images are subject to automated moderation to prevent inappropriate content. Images that violate our content policies will be rejected. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

ParkBound Collections uses artificial intelligence for pin identification. These results are:

• Provided for informational purposes only
• Not guaranteed to be accurate
• Not to be relied upon for trading, purchasing, or financial decisions
• Generated using third-party AI services (Google Gemini) that process pin images you submit
• Subject to third-party data handling and retention terms

You acknowledge that AI-generated results may contain errors and should be independently verified, and that each scan you initiate is consent to this processing.

ParkBound Collections offers optional subscription tiers (Pro and Collector) with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring charges at the stated price until cancelled
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Manage subscriptions through your device's Settings

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

Collector tier subscribers with "unlimited" AI scans are subject to fair use limits. Excessive automated scanning, scraping, or abuse of the service may result in throttling or account suspension.

ParkBound Collections may contain links to third-party websites (such as eBay). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

Some links may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

ParkBound Collections is an independent, fan-created application. Theme park, entertainment, character, product, and brand names and images belong to their respective owners. ParkBound Collections is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, Universal Destinations & Experiences, or any other theme park operator or rights holder.

The catalog may include official product imagery from rights holders, used for identification and reference purposes only and credited to its source. Such imagery remains the property of its respective owner and is removed promptly on request.

The ParkBound Collections app, including its code, design, and original content, is owned by ParkBound Collections and protected by copyright law.

Item values, rarity ratings, and other data in ParkBound Collections are community-contributed and may not be accurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. Do not rely on this app for trading or financial decisions.

Users can report inappropriate content through the app. Reported content may be immediately hidden pending review. We reserve the right to take action on reported content, including permanent removal.

ParkBound Collections is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from reliance on app data, loss of data, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

ParkBound Collections allows you to import pin collection data from CSV files for personal collection tracking:

• Imported data is stored privately in your account and is not shared with other users or made publicly visible.
• You represent that you have the right to use any data you import for personal collection tracking purposes.
• Data imported from third-party sources (including other pin tracking services) is for personal reference only and cannot be automatically published to the public ParkBound Collections database.
• To contribute pin data to the public database, you must independently verify it by uploading your own original photo and confirming the pin details.
• Imported records remain private unless you choose to individually submit them for public review with your own photo and verified metadata.

We may detect and flag bulk imports of third-party structured datasets. Misuse of the import feature may result in feature restriction or account suspension.

ParkBound Collections provides tools for users to organize and propose pin trades with other collectors. Trading features require users to be 18 years of age or older and to accept the Trading Terms within the app. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree:

• ParkBound Collections is not a marketplace, broker, or intermediary. We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee any trades, payments, or shipments between users. ParkBound Collections is not a party to any agreement between traders.
• All trade execution, communication, payment, and shipping occurs entirely outside of ParkBound Collections and at your own risk. ParkBound Collections has no involvement in or liability for off-platform exchanges.
• Pin values displayed in the app are estimates based on recent eBay sales data and community contributions. These values may be inaccurate, outdated, or manipulated by third parties. They are not appraisals and do not constitute guarantees of worth.
• ParkBound Collections does not verify the identity, age, location, or trustworthiness of any user. Trade reputation scores reflect community feedback only and are not endorsements or guarantees of reliability or future behavior.
• ParkBound Collections does not verify the authenticity, condition, ownership, or legitimacy of any pin listed in the app. Counterfeit and scrapper pins are a known issue in pin trading. Catalog images represent the official design and may not reflect the condition of any individual pin. You are solely responsible for verifying what you receive.
• Social links displayed on user profiles (Discord, eBay, Reddit, etc.) are user-provided and not verified by ParkBound Collections. Exercise caution when contacting users through external platforms.
• We recommend using payment methods that offer buyer protection (such as PayPal Goods & Services). Avoid sending money as gifts or using payment methods with no recourse. We recommend tracked shipping for all mailed trades.
• If a trade goes wrong, report the user in-app, contact your payment provider to dispute the charge, and contact local postal services or law enforcement for mail fraud. ParkBound Collections does not mediate disputes but does review reports and may suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activity.

Trading features and all related services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You agree to indemnify and hold ParkBound Collections harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from trades or interactions you conduct with other users, whether on or off the platform.
