The Summer of Pins Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by ParkBound Apps LLC (“Sponsor”), operator of ParkBound Collections. Questions may be sent to support@parkboundapps.com.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends September 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping devices. Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.

How to enter

There are two entry methods. No Instagram engagement, purchase, or payment is required.

Method A — ParkBound Collections event

Download the free ParkBound Collections app for iOS or Android, create or sign in to an account, open Summer of Pins, and provide an email address for winner contact. During the Entry Period, eligible app activities earn event points. The initial opt-in and each of four published point milestones can award an entry. Free members can earn one entry at each of those five stages. ParkBound+ members receive the event's 3x entry multiplier, up to the Sweepstakes maximum of fifteen (15) eligible entries per person.

The four entry milestones are 50, 150, 300, and 500 event points. The published point schedule is: daily app open, 5 points; Daily Riddle completion, 15 points, plus 25 for a correct answer; scan a pin, 10 points, up to five times per day; add a pin, 8 points, up to ten times per day; mark a pin for trade, 8 points, up to five times per day; complete a trade, 30 points; referred friend installs the app, 50 points; referred friend creates an account, 75 points; and the one-time ParkBound Story sign-in bonus, 100 points. ParkBound+ members receive 1.5x these event-point awards, including 150 points for the ParkBound Story bonus. Point awards are subject to the published daily caps and duplicate-action controls.

A ParkBound+ subscription is not required. The no-purchase entry method below provides the same maximum number of entries.

Method B — Free alternate method of entry

Visit parkboundapps.com/giveaway during the Entry Period and submit a valid email address after confirming age, residency, and agreement to these Rules. One valid web submission awards fifteen (15) eligible entries, equal to the maximum available through Method A. No app download, account, subscription, purchase, or other action is required.

Entry limit

Maximum fifteen (15) eligible entries per person across all methods. Methods A and B are not cumulative above that limit. Sponsor may normalize email addresses and remove duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, or excess entries, including entries submitted through multiple email addresses by the same person. Use of scripts, bots, macros, or other automated entry methods is prohibited.

Prizes

Seven (7) prizes will be awarded: five (5) monthly prizes, each consisting of one (1) month of ParkBound+ promotional access for the winner's choice of a supported iOS or Android platform (ARV $9.99 each); one (1) annual prize consisting of one (1) year of ParkBound+ promotional access on the winner's chosen supported platform (ARV $59.99); and one (1) grand prize consisting of the Olympia Hercules Kingdom Hearts Keyblade limited-edition pin, edition size 4,000, plus one (1) year of ParkBound+ promotional access on the winner's chosen supported platform (combined ARV $161.99). Total ARV of all prizes: $271.93.

Each ParkBound+ prize will be fulfilled electronically for the winner's selected supported iOS or Android platform. After verification, Sponsor will email a platform-specific promotional code, redemption link, or equivalent ParkBound account grant that provides the stated one-month or one-year access period. Apple and Google use different redemption systems, so the delivery format and instructions may differ by platform. If a platform code cannot provide the full stated prize duration without requiring a paid subscription, Sponsor will provide equivalent non-renewing access through the winner's ParkBound account instead.

No purchase is required to receive or use a prize, and the promotional access will not renew into a paid ParkBound+ membership. A winner must have or create a free ParkBound account and use a currently supported ParkBound app for iOS or Android. Any eligibility conditions or redemption deadline that applies to a platform code will be included in the fulfillment email. The grand-prize pin will be shipped at Sponsor's expense to a valid address within the United States or District of Columbia. No cash redemption is available. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable. Any applicable federal, state, and local taxes are each winner's responsibility.

Winner selection, odds, and notification

On or about September 3, 2026, Sponsor will select seven (7) potential winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received, without replacement. The first person drawn will be the potential grand-prize winner, the second person drawn will be the potential annual-prize winner, and the next five people drawn will each be a potential monthly-prize winner. One person may win no more than one prize. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Sponsor will contact each potential winner at the email address associated with the selected entry within five (5) business days. Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days and may be required to confirm eligibility and identity, select iOS or Android for ParkBound+ fulfillment, and sign an eligibility and liability release where lawful. The potential grand-prize winner must also provide a valid shipping address. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, is found ineligible, or declines a prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Subject to each potential winner's timely response and verification, ParkBound+ fulfillment emails and the grand-prize shipment will be sent on or before October 15, 2026.

General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, acts fraudulently, or disrupts the Sweepstakes. If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it and, if feasible, award the prizes from eligible entries received before the impairment.

Release and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Apple Inc., Google LLC, The Walt Disney Company, Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; network, device, software, or platform failures; or inaccurate information caused by equipment, programming, human error, or unauthorized intervention.

Privacy

Sponsor collects the email address needed to administer the Sweepstakes, prevent duplicate entries, conduct the drawing, and contact potential winners. A web entry does not subscribe the entrant to marketing email. Web-entry email addresses will be deleted within thirty (30) days after all winners are confirmed, except where retention is required for fraud prevention, tax, legal, or recordkeeping obligations. Sponsor also collects each winner's platform selection and collects a shipping address only from the grand-prize winner. That information is used to fulfill the prizes and will not be included in the winner confirmation described below. See Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Platform and trademark disclaimers

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Apple Inc., Google LLC, The Walt Disney Company, or Square Enix. Each entrant completely releases Instagram from responsibility for the Sweepstakes. Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in the activity in any manner. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the prizes.

Disputes and applicable law

The Sweepstakes and these Rules are governed by applicable United States federal and state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action. Nothing in these Rules limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Winner list

To request confirmation of the winners after the drawing, email support@parkboundapps.com with the subject “Summer of Pins Winner List Request” by November 3, 2026. Sponsor will provide each confirmed winner's first name, last initial, and prize awarded. Sponsor will not disclose a winner's state, street address, email address, shipping address, or other contact information.
